However, if in any case, you received a damaged product, these include manufacturer's defects such as the below, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or reprint:-
All Paper Products: Colour fade on print, torn paper.
Canvas Prints: Loose canvas, scratches or colour fade.
Wooden Framed Prints: Damaged frame/ acrylic during delivery, colour fade on print.
Magnet Products: Colour fade on print, torn or peel.
Button Badges: Colour fade on print, damaged pin.
All returned products must be in original packaging and it is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we would highly recommend that you return with a tracking number.
