SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOCAL ORDERS 


Shipping Rate: Shipping rate is based on weight for each package. It will be calculated during checkout. 


Custom Duties or Taxes: There will not be any custom duties and taxes for delivery within Malaysia. 


Shipping Company: We are using GDEX for shipments within Malaysia. 


Delivery Timing: During this period (MCO/ CMCO/RMCO), you will receive your purchase within 7 - 10 working days upon payment and image confirmation.


Product Packaging: Each product is carefully inspected before packing in a custom-made box for shipping. 


Track Your Order: Once, your purchase is ready for shipping, we will send you an email with a shipping tracking number. You can click on the link of the shipping tracking number and it will bring you to the order tracking page, where you can track your order from our factory to your doorstep. If in any case, you have a problem with tracking your order, please click on 'Support Form' and submit your query. 


Self Collection: We do not offer self collection. 


Changes to Orders: You will not be able to make changes or cancel your orders once you have placed the orders as we are using an automated system that process your orders and send your product for production immediately. 


Changes in Shipping Address: You can change your shipping address by sending an email to our customer service and wait for our confirmation. However, please advice us as soon as possible as our production and delivery time is within 7 - 10 working days. 


Changes in files that have been uploaded: You will not be able to change or edit files that have been uploaded and ordered. 


Changes in your Account Information: Please click on log in your account to change your account information. However, you will not be able to change your username. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 


Shipping Rate: Shipping rate is based on weight for each package. It will be calculated during checkout. Currently, we only deliver to Singapore. For other countries, please email to admin@ezyposter.com to enquire.


Custom Duties or Taxes: Your product may be subjected to custom duties or taxes and/ or other fees incurred to the country which your orders are shipped to. All charges will need to be borne by the recipient. 


Shipping Company: We are using TNT for international shipments. Currently, only applicable to Singapore. 


Delivery Timing: You will receive your purchase minimum 10-14 working days upon payment confirmation. However, if custom clearance procedures are present, it will delay our original estimated delivery timings.
