CANVAS PRINTS            


1. What material do you use?             

We print on 100% cotton blend canvas material and mounted on a industrial foam board, which is light weight and strong.

 

2. Does the canvas material go loose after some time?                    

Our canvas material does not go loose as it is mounted on a industrial foam board.

 

4. Are your prints laminated?             

Yes, all our canvas prints are using UV print technology, which will give you vibrant and sharp colors that will last a very long time.

 

5. Does your canvas prints comes with any accessories?                

Yes, all our canvas prints comes complete with a complimentary 3M plastic hook.

 

6. Can you do customized sizes?                     

Yes, we can. Please email us at admin@ezyposter.com and we will assist you from there.

 

7. Can you find a image or design for me?

WOODEN FRAMED PRINTS                      

 

1. Are your frames made of 100% wood?                

Yes, all our frames are made of 100% wood.

 

2. How many frame colors do you have?                   

We have 2 frame colors to choose from, black and white.

 

3. Can you do customized sizes?

POSTER PRINTS

           

1. What material do you use?             

You can select 2 types of material, 157gsm art card or 300gsm art card.

 

2. Are the posters laminated?             

Yes, you can select matte or gloss laminate.

                       

OCCASION / GREETING CARDS                     

 

1. What material do you use?             

We print on Uncoated Smooth Art Card in 260gsm thickness.

 

2. Does your cards comes with envelopes?               

Yes, each card comes with an envelope.

 

3. What is the difference between Flat and Folded Cards?            

Flat cards: with 2 printable pages, front and back.

Folded Cards: with 4 printable pages and can be flipped open and close.

 

4. Can I customise each card if I order 12 pieces?               

No, you can only upload 1 design for each order.

                       

CALENDARS                  

 

1. What material do you use? 

We print on 260gsm uncoated art card.

           

2. Can I customise each page of the calendar?                     

Yes, you can customise each page and each day box.


3. What are the different types of calendars available?                  

We offer Wall calendar, Desktop calendar, Poster calendar, Magnet calendar and Canvas Print calendar.

                       

NOTEBOOKS    

           

1. How many pages in a notebook?                

There are 180 pages (excluding cover) in a notebook.

 

2. What's the difference between lined pages and plain pages?               

Lined Pages: All pages are lined, suitable for individuals who writes more.

Plain Pages: All pages are blank, suitable for individuals who draws or sketch more.

 

3. Can I create multiple designs per notebook?                   

You can only create 1 design per notebook at a time.

                       

PHOTO PRINTS              

 

1. What is the difference between matte and gloss surface?                     

Matte print surface: Gives your photo a shinefree  and smudge resistant surface.

Gloss print surface: Provides your photo a shining surface, colors will look vibrant and sharp.

 

MY ORDER

 

1. Can you design for me?                   

Yes, we can do this for a small fee of RM50 per design. We will give you the high-resolution file. Please email us at admin@ezyposter.com and we will assist you from there.

 

2. I'm unable to upload my images for printing.                  

Please check if your Internet connection is working well. You can email us at admin@ezyposter.com and we will assist you from there.

 

3. Can I email my order to you?                     

Yes, you can email your order and image to us directly, however, you will only be able to pay via bank in transfer.

 

4. Can I save my print product and placed in an order another day?       

Yes, you can. 

 

PAYMENT

 

1. What are the payment methods available?                      

We accept payments via credit card and direct bank transfer.

 

2. Who is your payment gateway provider?             

We are partnering with PayPal for credit card payments with Visa and Master. All credit card payments are secure with PayPal SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We do not store your credit card information.

 

3. Can I bank in through bank transfer?                   

Yes, you can do a direct bank transfer to our company bank account. Maybank 507134102937 under PPH Displays Design Sdn Bhd.

 

4. When will my payment go through?                     

For Credit Card: Payment will go through immediately and we will process your order accordingly.

For Bank Transfer:

i. Instant Transfer: Payment will go through immediately and we will process your order accordingly.

ii. Interbank Transfer: We will process once your payment goes through, usually in 2-3 working days.

 

5. Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit card?                      

No, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. When you select Credit Card payment on the Checkout Page, it will direct you to PayPal's payment page, where you can select Login/ Register with PayPal or Checkout as Guest.

 

6. Why does PayPal charge me USD1.00?                 

PayPal charges USD1.00 as a payment verification tool that the credit card used is valid. This USD1.00 will be automatically refunded to you within a few days and it will not appear in your credit card statement.

 

7. My credit card payment was declined.                  

Please check that your credit card information and billing address are correctly keyed in and there are sufficient amount available for your transaction. If it still doesn't work, please contact PayPal Help Centre by email or phone here.

 

SHIPPING

 

1. How soon will I get my order?                    

You will receive your order within 5 working days in West Malaysia and within 7 working days in East Malaysia and Singapore. This does not include delivery service disruption from long public holidays.

 

2. How do I check for tracking number?                   

We will send you an email notification with tracking number, once your order is ready to ship out.

 

3. I've received my tracking number but it is not updated in the courier company's tracking website.                       

If you have received the tracking code from us on a Friday, please allow 1 working day for your track code to be updated in the courier company system. Otherwise, please email us here.


4. Can I make changes to my delivery location once it has been shipped out?    

No, you will not be able to change your delivery location once your package has been shipped out.

 

5. Can I change my delivery address after I've made an order?                

Yes, you are able to change your delivery address within 2 working days from your order confirmation.

 

6. What are the shipping charges for different products?

Shipping charges can be found here.               

 

7. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?                    

No, you will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed.

 

8. Can I collect my order directly from your company?                   

Sorry, but we do not offer this service. All your orders are sent out through our courier partners.

 

9. Can I ship my order to someone overseas?                      

Yes, you can. Please contact us directly for shipping fees.

 

10. I need my order urgently.               

We charge an additional delivery express fee of RM50 per order, you will be able to get your order in 3 working days. Once, your order has been placed, please email us your order number to admin@ezyposter.com and we will assist you from there.

 

11. Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?                      

No, we do not have this service.

 

12. My order has not arrived, how do I check?                       

You can track your order through GDEX Track and Trace website here.

 

13. I've received a wrong product.                   

Please email us immediately at admin@ezyposter.com, once you've received your wrong product with a picture of the invoice. We will look into it urgently and make sure you get the correct product.

 

EXCHANGE/ REPRINT

 

1. I've received a damaged print product.                

Please email us immediately at admin@ezyposter.com, once you've received your damaged product with pictures attached for faster process. We will gladly reprint for you.

 

2. There are scratches, tear or discoloration on my print product.            

Please email us immediately once you've received your damaged product with pictures attached for faster process. We will gladly reprint for you.

 

3. Can I return my print product?                 

Unfortunately, all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
